Privacy & cookies policy

Last updated: June 2026.

ianaos is a brand operated by Datanaos (« we »). Backed by expertise in data and compliance, we apply to our own site the standards we recommend to our clients. This policy describes how we process your personal data and use cookies, in accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Datanaos (SARL), 13 rue Dulong, 75017 Paris — Paris Trade & Companies Register (RCS) no. 800 813 271. General contact: contact@ianaos.ai. For any request regarding your personal data, see the « Your rights » section below.

2. Data collected & purposes

  • Diagnostic / contact form: name, professional e-mail, company, need, message. Purpose: respond to your request and qualify a potential project. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest in handling incoming requests.
  • Attribution data (UTM): source/medium/campaign. Purpose: understand the origin of requests. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Audience measurement (Google Analytics 4): browsing statistics set only after your consent, using cookies (_ga, _ga_*). Legal basis: consent.
  • Technical data: IP address, server logs. Purpose: security and proper functioning. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

3. Retention periods

Commercial requests: up to 3 years after the last contact. Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics): 13 months maximum. Technical logs: 12 months. Beyond that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

4. Recipients & processors

Your data is processed by our authorised teams and by our technical processors: site hosting provider, request automation tool (n8n workflow), and, subject to your consent, our Google Analytics 4 audience measurement tool (provided by Google LLC). This may involve a transfer of data to the United States, governed by standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. We favour hosting within the European Union. When a transfer outside the EU is necessary, it is governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

5. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection (in particular to direct marketing) and portability, the right to withdraw your consent at any time, and the right to set post-mortem directives. To exercise them, write to dpo@datanaos.com, by post to Datanaos — 13 rue Dulong, 75017 Paris, or use the rights-exercise form; we respond within one month. If our reply is unsatisfactory, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

6. Cookies & consent

On your arrival, a banner allows you to accept or refuse audience measurement cookies — refusing is as simple as accepting. No non-essential tracker is set before your consent. Cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site do not require consent.

  • Necessary cookies: operation of the site, storing your consent choice. No consent required.
  • Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4: _ga, _ga_*): traffic statistics, 13-month lifespan. Set only after acceptance.

You can change your choice at any time by deleting the cookies in your browser, which will display the consent banner again.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access control, data minimisation) to protect your information.
